Delivered live to hundreds of care homes across the UK, our evidence-based Age with Vitality programme brings together fun, interactive group workouts and personalised online support with evidence-based testing for older adults.

Led by Joe and Tony Burns — complete with our signature kilts — every session is designed to boost physical health, mental wellbeing, and social connection, whether residents are living independently or within a care home community.

Our person-centred approach means residents, family members, and care staff can all engage safely, confidently, and enjoyably at their own pace.

Every exercise we deliver is carefully designed and tested in our private studio — purpose-built for older adult fitness.

We don’t just select exercises; we refine every movement to ensure it’s safe, enjoyable, and truly beneficial for real-world residents.

At Burns Gym, we take pride in crafting programmes with genuine care — because we believe older adults deserve nothing less.
